Referring Providers (Midwife, Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, Social Worker) please complete this fillable PDF and email to alixandra@adhdpregnancy.ca. I am currently seeing clients with ADHD/AuDHD/Autism. Please note MSP will cover up to 3x 1hr sessions and only until 6 weeks postpartum.
